Jessica meets Tuli at the Jetty in Swakopmund, and they have an intimate night together. However, Tuli's business troubles prevent him from getting Jessica's number. Tuli seeks Jessica but fails, and the next day he is hired by David to plan his wedding. Tuli witnesses David proposing to Jessica, who is surprised to find out that Tuli is her wedding planner. They grow closer, realizing their feelings for each other. Tuli decides to step away from the wedding planning. On the wedding day, Tuli receives a call from Sally offering to invest in his business, and Jessica, in her wedding gown, approaches him. The outcome of their love is uncertain.

Gangster Shivago explores a new market to sell his drugs and Kondja, a teenager in a wheelchair who helps street kids, falls in love for the first time. Their paths intertwine and their lives collide in both hopeful and brutal ways.
