The King declares a Festive Day in Happy Tots Kingdom and all his subjects, the Happy Tots, are invited to the celebration. Once there, they all have a great time and there are no conflicts in sight in this entry in the Happy Tots cartoon series, which isn't part of the Scrappy series.

Peaceful Neighbors 1939
Two rival families of hens (and roosters) are arming in preparation for a battle in a property-line dispute over the division line between their two barnyard coops. After much fighting, squabbling and squawking between the two factions, two peaceful doves bring about a settlement between the two groups.

Poor Elmer 1938
The staff at a large big-city hospital is all bothered and nervously awaiting the arrival of a patient, named Elmer, and the doctors and nurses are busily preparing for a major operation. Finally, a woman arrives in a large town-car, with a chauffeur, and she is followed by attendants carrying the patient on a stretcher...Elmer the Goldfish.

The Novelty Shop 1936
The novelty shop owner has gone home, and that means it's time for its items to animate and have fun.

The Untrained Seal 1936
A newborn seal pup has to learn how to fish on his own, without help from any of his family or friends.

Spark Plug 1936
Barney, Snuffy and Lowezie are in attendance at the track to see Spark Plug take part in a big race. Unfortunately, he's so slow that he doesn't finish until the next morning. Incredibly,though he next gets a one-on-one race against the legendary Man O'War. It looks like he'll be super loser again, except that Rudy the Ostrich kisses him,which gives Sparky the adrenaline to win instead.

Doctor Bluebird 1936
Scrappy hurt his leg and is sad because he can't go fishing. The bluebirds from Happyland realize this and put on a song and dance show, helping heal poor Scrappy's hurt leg and foot.

A little poor boy, attracted one evening by a confectionery shop's window display, unexpectedly finds himself inside, where a cupid offers him a wish. The boy asks to live in Candytown full time.

Monkey Love 1935
A pair of monkeys (male and female) meet in the jungle and immediately fall in love. After serenading the little lady, the boy takes her home and runs into trouble in the shape of a gorilla...a jealous gorilla. But the girl monkey dispatches the gorilla with ease.

Krazy Kat gets help from Mother Nature to take care of some plants.

The Puppet Murder Case 1935
Scrappy is running a puppet show for the neighborhood kids. Scrappy won't let his little brother see the show, socking him in the face repeatedly every time her tries. Oopy sneaks in anyway and, using a pee shooter, kills a stageful of puppets by breaking their strings. After Scrappy beats Oopy again, then has the 'puppets' put him on trial. This concludes with a puppet jury deciding Oopy is guilty, sentencing him to more abuse.
