Keranda Berdarah 1969
During an outing to the beach, Ali falls ill suddenly, seemingly struck by a wicked spell. Keeping watch by his bedside, his wife is at a loss as he begins to tell of a long feverish dream set in a legendary (and supernatural) time and place where an unfaithful wife suffers a terrible fate. Ali then attributes his ailment to his wife and accuses her of being unfaithful to him. In order to prove her loyalty to him, the wife blinds herself with sharp object, which miraculously results in Ali’s instant recovery. However, he now abandons his sightless wife and commits adultery with a singer-artiste Dayang. As the plan proceeds, Ali’s wife and her close friend become collateral victims and are killed in a car wreck. Their spirits return to haunt the evildoers.

Korban Kasih 1962
Tengku Iskandar helps to run his father's business in Singapore and is known among his friends as Ariffin. He is a hardworking and passionate young man who helps his friends in distress. He is also on good terms with Marhani who works as a nurse in a hospital in Johor Bahru. When Ariffin is assigned by his father to travel to Jakarta to manage their business there, he takes the opportunity to confess his love towards Marhani and makes a vow to return to affirm their marriage. Unfortunately, the Jakarta-bound airplane Ariffin boards crashes. No survivors are reported. Marhaini is devastated by the news and decides to take a break from work at the hospital. Ariffin's father too falls ill after hearing the tragedy. Marhani's younger sister, who is also a nurse, is employed to take care of Ariffin (Tengku Iskandar)’s father and young siblings Tengku Shah and Tengku Ngah. But the junior tengku-tengku are too much to handle for Marhani’s sister.

Gado Gado 1961
Wahid provides a brief account of his life beginning with his move to the city in search for employment after persuasion from his girlfriend, Rahmah. He soon finds himself caught in a host of sticky situations as he navigates towards finding steady employment. Gado Gado is one of the 91 sole-surviving Cathay-Keris Malay Classics film titles made during Singapore’s Golden Cinema era from the 1950s to early 1970s, and preserved by the Asian Film Archive. In 2014, the collection was inscribed onto the UNESCO Memory of The World Asia-Pacific Register, a list of endangered library and archive holdings. At 35 minutes long, the film is the only musical variety short from the Cathay-Keris catalogue.

Sultan Mahmood Mangkat Di-Julang 1961
Based on the royal and political events during the heyday of the Malacca Sultanate. A member of the Sultanate, Megat Datuk Seri Rama, successfully defeats a group of pirates, and rescues a local beautiful woman in the process. The king, Sultan Mahmud, was delighted with his victory for his kingdom and promotes Megat Datuk Seri Rama to Rear Admiral Datuk. This leads to resentment and jealousy from another member of the court, Bija Tun Ali, especially after Rear Admiral Megat Datuk Seri Rama marries the woman he rescued. Roomai Noor), a character created Pelham Groom, a former British officer and genre writer who settled in Singapore. Latiff’s ‘Watson’ is a female Chinese forensic doctor (Mary Lim), and the first story 'Mud on Her Shoes' hinges on the romance between an English expat and a Malay woman. The second story is the titular 'Hantu Rimau'. The third tale ’Double Knock Out’, heralded as the first depiction of a local boxing match, was shot in Happy World (later renamed Gay World), one of the night-life amusement parks known as the ‘Worlds’. The fairy tale is about two sisters, Bawang Merah and Bawang Putih. After their father dies, Bawang Merah and her mother, Labu, have to share the house with domineering Kundor and Bawang Putih. Bawang Merah has to endure more hardship when her mother dies. She is bullied, beaten and abused in every way imaginable by Kundor and Bawang Putih. As the tale goes, her mother eventually reappears – as a fish. Bawang Merah becomes happier and this puzzles both Kundor and Bawang Putih. Her ship comes in when a Prince hears her singing in the woods and marries her. Of course, Kundor is terribly unhappy that her brat, Bawang Putih, is married to none, let alone a prince. So she devises an evil scheme to destroy Bawang Merah’s marriage and get the prince to notice Bawang Putih.
