Popular's new musical production, “Lo que nos une” (What Unites Us), presents music as a unifying element in which Puerto Ricans on the island or abroad can see themselves. This new musical proposal combines renowned artists with a new generation of performers who provide a varied and refreshing approach to the musical special. The featured landscapes, as well as the musical selection, make this a remarkable production, not only for the nostalgia it will evoke in those who no longer live on the island but also for the cherished memories that these iconic songs will bring to the audience.

San Juan, más allá de las murallas 2022 star_border 6
Explore the 500-year history of the city of San Juan, from the move from Caparra to the different invasions during these centuries. It also looks at how different situations and people were key to what is now the capital of Puerto Rico. This documentary presents, through the recreation of key situations, archival material, and accounts of historians and researchers, decisive moments that influenced what is now the capital.

Tiempos De Aguinaldo 2019
This year, Popular dedicates its musical production to the Christmas holiday season that is celebrated in Puerto Rico for a period of almost two months. The production takes the audience through the various celebrations that take place during that time, from the trullas, Noche Buena, Misa de Gallo, despedida de año, to the Candelaria. All these celebrations have taken root in the Island’s popular culture, which allows Puerto Ricans to celebrate everything that period represents with a lot of music.

Qué lindo es Puerto Rico 2014
A musical journey through the genres that developed in different regions of the island and are now part of the Puerto Rican culture. We get to experience these genres through the eyes of five friends that go on a road trip around the island during the Christmas holidays. They go to concerts, parrandas, family gatherings, a New Year's celebration and get to enjoy performances by some of the great Puerto Rican artists.

A musical tribute to Puerto Rican poet, Luis Palés Matos. His poems are set to Caribbean and Latin American rhythms, including drums, guitars, and melodies.

Eco 2008
Andrés is a nine year old boy musician who plays the treble. On the way to a recital with his parents and in the midst of endless traffic, he tries to practice the melody he’ll be playing. Frustrated by the traffic, the heat, and that he can’t play the piece correctly, Andrés bursts in anger, throwing his instrument, which stops time as it touches the floor.

Christmas Musical Special from Banco Popular that presents many Christmas traditions from Puerto Rico. It centers on a man who, away for 20 years, returns to Puerto Rico to celebrate Three Kings Day with his family and rediscovers childhood memories rooted in the southern towns of Juana Díaz and Guayama. Includes perfomances by José Feliciano, Olga Tañón, Andy Montañez, Daddy Yankee, Juanes, and Julieta Venegas.

Ocho Puertas is a popular Puerto Rican club where many of the future musical talents of Puerto Rico were first showcased, and given a chance to succeed.

Encuentro 2002
The social vision of the lives of three Hispanic singer-songwriters who enjoy the favor of Puerto Rican public and Latin America is presented: Rubén Blades, Juan Luis Guerra, and Robi Draco Rosa. Through this special a fitting tribute to the work of composition and artistic interpretation of these three pillars of Latin music is achieved.
