On Christmas Eve, three homeless people living on the streets of Tokyo discover a newborn baby among the trash and set out to find its parents.

Based on the manga by Sadao Jouji which has been running in the magazine Shukan Gendai since 1969.

She decides a panty shot might do the trick, so during her forecast she lifts her skirt, thereby capturing the attention and the hearts of viewers. Keiko's stunt creates such a stir of excitement over the weather report that viewers begin religiously turning in to see what she'll do next. However, this showboating routine earns the ire of Kaori, the beautiful and ambitious daughter of JTV's chairman. Jealous of her success and aching to take over the weather report, Kaori is willing to do just about anything to get what she wants.

These thoughts brought back memories of Himuro and Tamura's past, when they were quick-tempered thugs running wild in Yokohama.

One day, she meets a strange man at a flea-market who gives her a red liquid, telling her that if she splashes it on Yuichi, her wish will become true. She acquiring the liquid, certain that the liquid will cause Yuuichi to love her. Saeko finally gets the courage to confess her love to Yuichi, but he rejects her. Disappointed, she splashes the liquid on Yuichi, but that liquid actually causes him to shrink about three inches in height.

In a room with only a bed, Shizumi's left hand was somehow fixed to the bed by handcuffs and chains. "Who is this man?", "Why am I sleeping like this?" Shizumi who woke up with a terrible headache started to recall the memory from last light...

In the bus hijack arson case, a man who was hallucinating under the influence of dangerous drugs set fire to an intercity bus going to Shinjuku and departing from Kofu Station...

The owner of a prestigious nightclub recruits her, introduces her to a doctor in Osaka who performs the illicit surgery and even agrees to foot the bill. But when the club owner turns out to have ulterior motives, Rio turns to Manda for help.

The story follows the teacher and students of the Ryubetsu Handicapped High School.
