The show ran for 97 episodes over four seasons, before it was cancelled; its final episode was broadcast on April 26, 1999.

Union Square is a 1997 television sitcom that was broadcast on NBC for one season. It follows the story of a lawyer-turned-playwright in New York City, who attempts to gain inspiration from a host of characters populating the fictitious Union Square cafe in Manhattan, obviously inspired by the New York area of the same name. The show was originally supposed to be a vehicle for Cuban-American actress Mel Gorham. But after poor test screenings for the pilot, the producers decided to retool the show and replace Gorham with Constance Marie. Like The Single Guy, Union Square attempted to capitalize on attractive singles in their 20s and 30s enjoying New York City life, which both Seinfeld and Friends had turned into successes. The show also featured guest appearances from actor David Krumholtz, who appeared on two episodes, as did actress Rhea Perlman.

Inconceivable is an American primetime television medical drama, which was broadcast on NBC. The program premiered on September 23, 2005. The show revolved around the professional and personal lives of those who work at the Family Options Fertility Clinic. The clinic is run by its co-founders along with their new partner. The staff includes an attorney, a nurse, office manager and a medical technician. The series was created by Oliver Goldstick and Marco Pennette. Goldstick and Pennette also serve as executive producers as do Brian Robbins and Mike Tollin. The show was a Touchstone Television and Tollin/Robbins production. It was one of the few shows produced by the former not to air on ABC in recent years. Only two episodes aired before the series was canceled.

Amen is an American television sitcom produced by Carson Productions that ran from September 27, 1986 to May 11, 1991 on NBC. Set in Sherman Hemsley's real-life hometown of Philadelphia, Amen stars Hemsley as the deacon of a church and was part of a wave of successful sitcoms on NBC in the 1980s which featured entirely or almost-entirely black casts. The hotel, however, is revealed to have been stripped of all of its personnel in an effort to appear more profitable, leaving only two employees: Roland Wilson, the hotel's manager, and Chuy Castillos, the hotel's chef. This requires the women to perform all the tasks of the hotel's staff.

Football Wives is a television pilot developed for U.S. television network ABC, which would have aired in the fall 2007 season had it been picked up for a series order. The show is based on the successful British television series Footballers' Wives, and follows the dramatic private lives of the players from the fictional NFL team the Orlando Stingrays. The pilot was written by Marco Pennette and directed by Bryan Singer. Though ABC did not pick up Football Wives when the network announced its 2007-2008 line-up on May 15, 2007, a June 28, 2007 article in the The Hollywood Reporter reported that production company ABC Studios had extended its options on the show's cast, and suggested the possibility that the network might have still been interested in the series. The Reporter also speculated that Football Wives had a chance for pickup by another network, with NBC and FOX reportedly interested. Football Wives was one of at least six pilots turned down by ABC, and reportedly "tested very well with women and only so so for the men."
