Hyoto is a Japanese karate champion. His own career, the dojo he ran, and his students were doing well, and he was at the peak of his abilities. Hyodo's only complaint was his relationship with his wife, which had become completely cold. One day, Hyoto drunkenly bursts into a store, falls in love with the beauty of the woman there. He takes her to a hotel, discovering that she is trans. Hyōto fled the scene in a panic, but after that day, his sexual preference, which had only been interested in women, began to crumble. His student Haruhiko notices this change in Hyōto and confesses that he actually loves his teacher. He would have scoffed at the previous Hyoto, but the current Hyoto was different. He accepted Haruhiko's love, and he actively stepped into a new world of sexual pleasure...

A wife with a fertility problem wants to use her sister's womb to have children, but her sister is enjoying her boyfriend and sexual freedom. The husband is a commanding chauvinist and this soon turns out to be an investigation into authority, patriarchy and conservatism vs. free love and youth culture.

A brother and sister live as outcasts from their hamlet due to a belief that mental illness runs in their family. A group of villagers plot to steal their property by beating and hanging the brother and gang-raping the sister. Believing the brother to be dead, scheming to kill the sister, and making both deaths look like accidents... unbeknownst to them, the brother survives and proceeds on a mission to slaughter those responsible in the hamlet.

Two stories of perversion. 1) A Meiji era erotic artist forces his wife and maid to pose for his bondage themed paintings with dire consequences. 2) A WWII soldier develops a nasty sexual obsession overseas and which only grows stronger when he returns home.

The movie takes place in four periods: the first, a group of female Christians are raped and crucified in 18th century Japan. The second deals with a man who beats his cheating wife and her lover. The third, is set in WW2 where inquisition soldiers torture, rape and abuse female traitors, and the fourth story deals with soldiers raping and abusing suspected female spies.

A madman is on the loose, raping and murdering women and sometimes engaging in necrophilia. After one woman manages to flee the criminal before he has killed her, she goes to the police for help in bringing him to justice. The criminal targets the woman for murder.

Inspired by the true story of a Geisha murdered in a city famous for its baths, Adachi forged here his favorite style, a kind of conceptual documentary recounting the incident in monotone. The same event that at the beginning of Violated Angels escaped every principle of causality, is portrayed here as a singular anti-spectacle.
