The temptation to have a one night stand leads a man to a distant town and a woman with a dark agenda. When he doesn't return, it falls upon his black sheep sister to uncover the truth of what happened.

Complications ensue when soon after the election, a dead body crashes through the skylight of a local building, and the body turns out to be the new mayor's ex-wife.

Eventually, he discovers that the women in his life are like that because he himself is. Even his dream girl has problems of her own, as he discovers before the end of the film.
