The Gokaigers were captured by the Zangyack remnants after departing to the Zangyack homeworld to destroy the empire once and for all. The Gokaigers, now working for the newly reformed Zangyack empire, return to Earth with a black Gokai Galleon and attack the Go-Busters in search of five phantom Ranger Keys which will unlock the "Greatest Power in the Universe". During the fight with the Gokaigers, the Go-Busters are able capture Navi, who tells them that the Zangyack are also working with Vaglass and that they must go back in time to save the other members of the Super Sentai Teams and defeat the alliance of Zangyack and Vaglass.

Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Superhero Taihen – Hannin wa Dare da?! (Superhero Disaster) are a series of non-canon net movies that deal with murder mysteries involving deaths of Super Sentai and Kamen Riders, uncovering hidden circumstances behind the Super Sentai and Kamen Rider, and more.

Chief Kuroki tells the team that they will soon be meeting Beet Buster and his new Buddy Roid, but before any introduction can be made, the Soujikiloid attacks. Soon after Hiromu learns that the two new Go-Busters originated from Hyper Space, he challenges them to a duel, suspicious of their motives. A new evil organization known as Space Shocker, which are led by the magic-using Space Ikadevil and Space Spider Man, threatens the Earth by causing an unknown phenomenon. The Space Sheriffs Gavan type-G and Sharivan are sent to execute all magic-users on Earth in response to the threat and begins to attack Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast. The Space Crime Syndicate Madou, who were once defeated by the original Sharivan return, to cause even more havoc in the world. During this, Yoko finds a mysterious little robot called Psycholon, which Space Shocker and the Madou are after for unknown reasons.

This V-Cinema release takes place between Missions 44 & 45. While preparing to celebrate New Year's, the Go-Busters are all killed by a monster named Azazel. Finding himself (and J) before God in Heaven, Nick uses his status as the one millionth person to die in 2012 to grant his wish that Messiah never existed. He awakens to find a changed world, where the Busters are now known as the Dobutsu Sentai Go-Busters.

The Go-Busters must protect the Tokyo Enetower from the evil Vaglass organization. However Enter's new creation Steamloid causes the Buddy Roids to rust, making them unable to fight or be used in the Buster Machines.

The Kamen Rider Club discovers that the Dai-Zangyack fleet is moving towards Earth, led by Captain Marvelous as their Great Emperor. With many revived Super Sentai villains under his command, Captain Marvelous plans to obtain the Great Power of the Kamen Riders which is said to be "Ultimate Treasure in the Universe". Meanwhile, Tsukasa Kadoya becomes the Great Leader of Dai-Shocker once again and recruits past enemies of the Kamen Riders to take down the Super Sentai teams.

Shiro Majo Gakuen ("White Witch Academy") is a secret garden that accepts girls who have been emotionally injured. Moga becomes a white witch after receiving training and leaves Shiro Majo Gakuen to save the world, but a white witch, Rina, appears in front of her. Also, black witches, who are hostile to the white witches and are attempting to create a new world with a spell, appear in front of her. Later, Moga sneaks into Kuro Majo Gakuen ("Black Witch Academy") to save Rina after she was kidnapped. There, Moga sees a girl who once stayed with her at Shiro Majo Gakuen.
