Juliana Kassim Chan is an actor, voiceover artist and drama educator. She is currently receiving formal acting training at LASALLE College of the Arts and is a recipient of the Veda Mekani Scholarship for Performing Arts.
Her recent credits include As You Like It by Michael Earley, 5 Modern Noh Plays by Elizabeth de Roza and The Taste of Water, an original devised production by Bound Theatre.
Passionate about the environment, she is currently exploring sustainable ways to create and produce theatre. Her other interests include racial identity and interdisciplinary arts.
Juliana also holds a Diploma in Applied Drama and Psychology and is a teacher specialising
in English speech and drama. She has experience teaching students from the ages of 18 months
to 15 years old, and believes in incorporating dramatic conventions into the mainstream school curriculum to encourage active learning.
