Practical semester at the Halle/Saale Police College: Finally out of the seminar rooms and into real life - which for the students means: real murder cases. With the support of their trainers in the homicide squad, they will have to solve this. The beginners sometimes overshoot the mark, make mistakes and have to learn new things on their way to becoming fully qualified detectives. In each episode, a case between the university and real life is dissected, discussed and solved, while the private complications of the students, lecturers and trainers are not neglected.
Perihan, her daughter Berna, and their family live together comfortably. Ferda, Perihan's famous daughter, runs a beloved hair salon. Ferda blames her troubles on her mother's abandonment. Berna is married with three children. Ferda has an affair with Berna's husband, causing a tragic event. Duru, Perihan's granddaughter studying in the US, arrives for the funeral. Ferda surprises the family by calling Perihan "mother," revealing a secret. This leads to a war between mother and daughter, affecting their neighbors Ipek and Aras.
Eren, Seda, Merve and Yunus are four friends who met a year ago when they were studying at university. In their first year of class, Seda meets her childhood friend Gizem. Seda and Gizem, from the first moment they come together as in the old days are connected to each other. However, the balances in the group begin to change soon. As Seda, Eren, Merve, Yunus and Gizem confront the ghosts of the past, they start to think that adult life is not such a good thing. They have now realized that they are alone in their war with life.
Can you tell the difference between fact and fiction? Several stories of strange, mysterious and incredible occurrences are chronicled during each episode. It is up to the viewer to decide which stories actually happened and which were completely fabricated by the show’s writers. The answer is revealed by Jonathan Frakes at the conclusion of each episode.
