Nagwa, the wife of a wealthy man, visits the clinic of the psychiatrist Sharif, who holds a forged doctorate through Essam, who exploits the situation to blackmail him. Essam agrees with Nagwa to kill her husband and accuse Sharif. Sharif helps her hide her husband's body after killing him. Nagwa falls in love with Sharif, but Essam causes a rift between them.

The film revolves around the school of good ethics run by the artist Mohammed Reza, and how he tries hard to control his school and students rioters, to reflect the image of the student Najib, who has good morals, funny comic positions between students naughty and their teacher the daughter of the headmaster of the school.
