Girlhood follows the story of three seventeen-year-old girls in a neighborhood in the center of Athens as they go through the difficult period of transition to adulthood while in quarantine isolation. Christina, Nefeli and Vera experiencing sexism, dream of their independence and try to learn to love themselves. With their faces glued to a screen, they take refuge in each other and await to finish school.

There are many legends and half-truth surrounding the often-demonized in vitro procedure. The directors of this short documentary decided to give voice to the women who have experienced this form artificial insemination from two different perspectives. Ioanna is a recipient who owes her maternity to the procedure, while Rosa, who has never wanted to be a mother, becomes an anonymous donor. The film is not a commercial but the recording of the experiences and reflections of two Greek women which shows the human face of the procedure resulting in the birth of triplets, so much awaited by one of the women.

Musician and songwriter Vangelis Germanos dives into an eternal summer, almost 40 years after the release of his first album Ta Barakia (The Tiny Bars) and following his occasional performances in films and TV shows. As his work is all about colors, sounds, and the sea, he manages to carry us along into a summer adventure that is full of these elements.
