Jose, the town drunk is attacked by the Chupacabras and unknowingly becomes a Chupacabra himself. Like a vampire, he transforms and attacks his victims at night. His victims are typically very attractive women. Once bitten, these women lose their inhibitions. The problem is solved by two guys from a different galaxy.
A young woman arrives in the city searching for her mother, whom she finds working in a nightclub, unaware that she is known to everyone there as the 'dreamer' because she is an alcoholic woman who spends her time soliciting customers and earning commissions from their drink purchases.
