Liis Bender (since 1986 Liis Tooming; July 19, 1947 Punikvere - October 20, 2005 Tartu) was an Estonian actress.
She graduated from Alatskivi Middle School in 1965 and from the Performing Arts Department of Tallinn State Conservatory in 1970.
