Die Wochenshow is a German weekly comedy sketch show that aires on Sat.1 and is produced by Brainpool TV. It started on 20 April 1996 and was cancelled early in 2002. Almost a decade later, eight new episodes have been broadcast since 20 May 2011.

Hausmeister Krause – Ordnung muss sein is a German sitcom with Tom Gerhardt in the title role, shown from 1999 through 2010 on Sat.1. The series parodies typical German "squareness". Half-day janitor Dieter Krause is the embodiment of the German "square"; he is pernickety, blindly follows order, denounces others, is nosy, consistently puts his own interests above all else, acts subservient to his superiors and is brutish and unjust to those he deemes below him. Many plot elements — mishaps, misunderstandings, and frequent cases of mistaken identity — originate from Boulevard theatre. The characters in the series borrow heavily from those in Tom Gerhardt's film Voll normaaal, in many cases sharing names. In Voll normaaal, Tom Gerhardt played the roles of both Dieter and Tommie Krause; in Hausmeister Krause, Tommie was played by Axel Stein. Daughter Carmen is played by Janine Kunze. Other characters from Voll normaaal, such as Tommie's friend Mario, are relegated to the status of background characters. The scope of action also changed.

The series is shot in Prague. The screenplays have - amongst others - been written by Tommy Krappweis, Erik Haffner and Norman Cöster who came up with the stories of Bernd das Brot. Additionally, they are directing and have cameo appearances. Many actors use their respective dialect. Die ProSieben Märchenstunde was nominated for the German Comedy Award in the category Best Comedy in 2006. It is also broadcast on Austrian television channel ORF, which is co-producing the series, airing the programme as Die ORF Märchenstunde.

The Harald Schmidt Show is a German late night talk show hosted on Sky Deutschland by comedian Harald Schmidt. The show first aired from 5 December 1995 to 23 December 2003 on Sat.1. Elton.tv was a German comedic late-night talk show hosted by Elton. It was originally shown once a week on ProSieben between 6 December 2001 and 27 March 2003. The show was produced by Stefan Raab's company Raab TV and, in its original run, shown Thursdays after TV total. There were two seasons of the show, with about 50 episodes in total. Each episode of the show was about 30 minutes long and primarily featured Elton in studio talk with various German celebrity guests. Each episode also included Elton's street reports as well as his presentations of some interesting websites and video clips he found on the Internet. Following the cancellation of the show on ProSieben, all of the episodes were repeated several times on VIVA until 2005.
