Jenny "Surtanten" Neikell is an internationally award-winning author, widely employed lecturer and product development consultant and expert in fermentation and preservation. In August 2020, her third book "Stora boken om fermentering" was released at Norstedt's publishing house. In 2016, she was awarded the title "Best food producer of the year" after several years of producing fermented vegetables under the brand "Surtantens syrade".
