Vivian-Eha-Viktoria Vaher (born on January 10, 1943 in Tartu) is an Estonian artist and art teacher.
She studied at the Tartu Art School from 1963-1968, which she graduated as an artist-pedagogue. After that, she studied design at ERKI for a few years, while also working in the decoration studio of the Estonian Theater. She has also worked as a craft and art teacher at Riisipere Orphanage and as a decoration painter at the Vanemuise Theater.
