Loui Nelum Sandamali Sand, born December 27, 1992 in Sri Lanka, is a Swedish handball player. Sand was adopted from Sri Lanka at the age of four months. Her handball career began with the Gothenburg club Kärra HF in 2001. After four seasons with Önnereds HK, Sand moved to IK Sävehof, which dominated Swedish women's handball.
On January 7, 2019, the news was published that Sand would break his contract with Fleury Loiret HB and stop playing handball, in order to start a process to get an investigation on gender dysphoria.
In May 2021, Sand made a comeback in handball, for the first time in a men's team, when he started training with Kärra HF. In August 2021, he signed a contract with the club. He inaugurated Stockholm Pride 2022.
