Giorgio Pierangeli is a chef and owner of The Local Table since July 2014, as well as the owner of OlivA Restaurant in Sherman Oaks and Pecorino Restaurant in Brentwood. Giorgio grew up in and around the food and hospitality business. His family, from Marche, a central Region in Italy known for some of Italy's Best Food, produces some of the World's finest Olive Oil for generations as well as a family restaurant.
