Richard Nance is a lifelong martial artist and recently retired Police Sergeant. During his 25-year career, he was a SWAT Team Leader and Defensive Tactics Program Supervisor, teaching Firearms, Active Shooter Response, Taser, Less Lethal Munitions, Impact Weapons, and Emergency Vehicle Operations.
