Born to eccentric parents, Evan Twohy was raised on Hitchcock and opera on a forest’s edge outside Berkeley, California. To make sense of his peculiar upbringing, he found himself drawn to absurdist theater and started as a playwright in New York City prior to making his first feature, Bubble & Squeak.
