The number of college graduates has been increasing steadily in China. But the nation known as "the world's factory" needs manual laborers. Managers are needed only a handful. This is making it extremely difficult for college graduates to find their dream job. To help these fresh grads, one apartment complex in Zhejiang Province, allows young job seekers to stay at low cost and offers career advice.
