Insurance salesman Fred Weston and his wife, Andrea, a homemaker and schoolteacher, are a loving, hardworking family with a big problem - a ferocious four-year-old named Andrew. Little Andrew rules the Weston house, and it's a reign of terror. He topples lawn furniture, calls his mother "Poo-poo" and bullies his eleven-month-old brother, Sean, in countless ways.
