Then he has to not only create his own perfume in Paris, but also prepare a thyme lamb fillet with lemon confit. Victoria Fuchs is to recreate a dish by three-star chef Juan Amador in Vienna, before she has to prove herself in Hamburg with "Wu-Gok Taro", the supreme discipline of dim sum.
