Eight-year-old Soni is a free-spirited girl who loves the ocean and believes in a story her grandmother told about a divine blue whale caring for her missing father. Her mother, Sarita, grieving her husband’s loss, plans to sell their house and move away. One day, Soni finds a stone on the shore that matches her locket, triggering memories of her father. Collecting more stones, each bringing back memories, she believes she’ll soon meet the blue whale. But with their move imminent, Soni fears she’s running out of time.
