The film tour leads from the capital Denpasar to the surfing paradises Sanur and Kuta on the Indian Ocean. We continue past lush green rice terraces into the interior of the island. At the Beratan Lake priests sacrifice to the water goddess Dewi Danu. In the north, the fishing port of Negara and the Buddhist temple of Banjar are visited. Water buffalos train for an exciting race. Not far from the lively artist town of Ubud, the sacred Gunung Agung volcano rises on the shores of Lake Batur. A visit to the Goa Lawa bat temple.
