Survivor 2023 is the fourth season of Survivor Croatia. Registrations for the season started during the end of the previous season. This is the second season in which candidates from outside Croatia could apply. The season of the series started on March 6, 2023 on the television channels Nova TV and Nova S.
All of the format changes introduced in Dominikanska Republika were carried over to this one, with a few small twists added throughout the game. After 64 days, Antonia Ivić and Nataša Kondić earned the titles of Croatian and Serbian Sole Survivor respectively, after defeating Denis Sviličić and Anja Andrejić in the final challenge. Nataša also became the first winner in the history of Survivor Hrvatska & Srbija to play a Perfect Game, as she received no votes during the game, then got every jury vote to advance to the final and won in the final challenge, as well as the first Serbian woman to win either franchise.
