He is joined by Shui Yao, a Longxu Kingdom survivor; Song Zhiru, Tianluo Town's first female innkeeper; and Li Yan, a righteous scholar. Together, they uncover demonic mysteries. As dark secrets come to light, their resolve is tested, endangering the human world.
