1. Series Return
There are plenty of surprises in store as Australia's favourite home-cooking show returns for a brand new series. Just who will be crashing their dinner parties? Manu Feildel and Pete Evans return to host and judge the ultimate home-cooking battle. It's state versus state, plate against plate, as 12 teams-of-two attempt to out-dine and out-wine each other. Each team will take turns to transform an ordinary home into an instant restaurant as they serve up a three-course menu designed to impress their fellow contestants and our esteemed judges. Tonight, it's Victoria's turn as husband and wife Kerrie and Craig prepare their three-course menu. There will be thrills and spills as they battle the clock and their nerves to plate up on time. And will they be able to recover after they misplace some vital ingredients?

3. Josh & Andi (WA)
Tonight the competition heads to the west coast and into the kitchen with dating hipsters Josh and Andi. They like to follow the fashion trends, but will their food be in vogue with the judges and their guests?
4. Jessie & Biswa (NSW)
It's Bollywood glamour tonight when the My Kitchen Rules teams take their seats around the table at Jessie and Biswa's instant restaurant. Will the NSW girls spice up the competition? Or will the other teams find their cuisine unsavoury?
5. Jake & Elle (QLD)
Tonight, the youngest team in the competition steps into the spotlight as Queensland's Jake and Elle don their aprons. Will the brother and sister duo prove their opinions have substance, or will they be a case of over-hyped, self-boasting Gen Yers.
6. Lisa & Stefano (SA)
As the final instant restaurant for group one, South Australian lovebirds Lisa and Stefano will be keen to stay off the bottom of the leader board tonight. But will their simple, relaxed family food be enough to satisfy the foodies around their table tonight?
7. Sam & Chris (VIC - Group 2)
Group one have shown what they can do in the kitchen and now it's group two's turn to plate up on My Kitchen Rules. The competition heads back to Victoria where cousins Sam and Chris kick off the second round. These young guns have an ambitious and funky Melbourne feast on the menu, but will everything go to plan?

The travelling food party arrives in Western Australia tonight as mother and daughter team Lisa and Candice put on a show. This performing duo have big plans to wow their guests, but will it be their singing and dancing, or the food, that impresses their guests the most?

Tonight, we're back on the Apple Isle as best mates Ali and Samuel aim to fly the flag high for Tasmania again. After an impressive performance by fellow Tasmanians Mick and Matt, the duo have high expectations on their shoulders. Will it be two out of two for Tassie?
10. Luke & Scott (NSW - Group 2)
With Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach as a backdrop, NSW personal trainers Luke and Scott have the ambience taken care of tonight. But is the food going to be as fantastic? As the foodie tour intensifies, the table critics are getting harder to impress so the boys will need to work extra hard to scale the leaderboard.
11. Dan & Steph (QLD - Group 2)
Tonight the teams and judges are in Queensland to celebrate a romantic Valentine's Day with married couple Dan and Steph. Welcoming their guests to Hervey Bay, will 'sausage king' Dan live up to all his hype and deliver diners a feast he can be proud of?
12. Jenna & Joanna (SA - Group 2)
Touching down in South Australia for the final instant restaurant of group two, domestic goddesses Jenna and Joanna are out to prove they're more than just talk. After some tough critiquing of their fellow guests, the teams have some high expectations of 'Little Miss Cupcake', Jenna and her friend Joanna. Will they be able to deliver the goods? With one team going home after the results, the pressure is immense. What shock twist will surprise all the teams?
13. Elimination Round: Angela & Melina (VIC - Gatecrashers)
Gatecrashers from VIC, 'Real Housewives' Angela and Melina, prepare to make their mark in the competition with their Italian inspired cooking. And things get heated as teams deliver their harsh critiques.

It's second time round for Dan and Steph and they're sticking to what they know best. But will their cooking impress the judges, or will it be overshadowed by the harsh critiques from the other contestants?

Gatecrashers Kieran and Nastassia host a dinner with a difference. But in this very competitive round, rivalry tips the scales and things get heated as the contestants clash over their harsh critiques.

After the 'curry from a jar' scandal of their first dinner party, Tasmanians Ali and Samuel are out to prove they can produce, as well as appreciate, good food. Will everything be Thai-riffic the second time around?

South Australian lovebirds Lisa and Stefano return home tonight in an attempt to redeem themselves. Will they learn from their earlier criticisms and give their guests more authentic Italian cuisine? But their menu is not the only thing on Stefano's mind tonight, as he prepares to make a special proposal of his own.
18. Elimination Round: Ashlee & Sophia (NSW - Gatecrashers)
It's time for best friends from NSW, Ashlee and Sophia, to put their money where their mouth is as they step into the kitchen. They've dished out harsh critiques, but will they dish out something amazing?
19. Offsite Challenge: Warehouse Party
The surviving teams enter MKR kitchen headquarters for the first time tonight. Thrown straight into a challenge, the teams are tasked with catering for an inner city apartment block's annual warehouse party. The team with the best dish as voted by the residents will be the People's Choice and safe from the next elimination. The weakest team, as chosen by the judges, will head straight to the first sudden death cook-off.
20. MKR Kitchen HQ Challenge: Rapid Cook-Off
Herbs are on the menu in the first rapid cook-off of the competition. One team has already won the People's Choice award, earning them safety from elimination, while the weakest team has been condemned to the first sudden death cook-off. The remaining teams must cook at Kitchen HQ for the first time where the judges have a few tricks up their sleeve. Who will rise to the challenge? And who will miss the mark? The team with the least impressive dish will go to the sudden death cook-off.
21. Sudden Death Cook-Off
It's the first elimination at Kitchen HQ and the pressure is mounting as two teams battle for survival. With the arrival of the guest judges - Colin Fassnidge, Guy Grossi, Karen Martini and Liz Egan - getting it right will be even tougher, especially as all guest judges will be having bilnd tastings. And expect new judge Colin's tough love to send shivers through the teams. At the end of a frantic three courses, one team will be eliminated.
22. Offsite Challenge: Market Madness
It's market madness for the remaining teams, who must open food stalls at the extremely busy Sydney Markets, which sees more than 40,000 visitors on the weekend. And in an extra twist, the People's Choice winners also receive a special surprise reward. The weakest team, as chosen by the judges, will head straight to the sudden death cook-off.

Tonight, Breakfast is on the menu in the rapid cook-off. The remaining teams must cook at Kitchen HQ where the judges have a few tricks up their sleeve. Who will rise to the challenge? And who will miss the mark?

Tonight, teams are cooking lunch for hoards of school kids on a school excursion at Taronga Zoo. Teams will have to cook healthy kid-friendly food for 200 children. The best dish as voted by the kids will be safe from elimination, with the weakest team heading straight to the Sudden Death Cook-Off.
26. MKR Kitchen HQ Challenge: Joint Rapid Cook-Off
In an MKR first, teams will join forces tonight to create a four-course meal during the rapid cook-off, and teamwork will be imperative, with all four teams from the losing group going into the showdown.

Tonight, the teams head to Australia's biggest race day, the Melbourne Cup, but it won't be all frocks and fascinators for our teams as they'll be cooking canapes for the prestigious Emirates Marquee's A-list guests. The team who wins best dish as voted by the guests will be safe from the next elimination.
29. MKR Kitchen HQ Challenge: 4 Ingredient Cook-Off
The public has voted via social media and the four ingredients for the rapid cook-off have been decided. But the teams must decide among themselves who gets which ingredients. The bottom four teams will then have the opportunity to cook with their own favourite ingredient to impress the judges and avoid the sudden death cook-off.
30. Sudden Death Cook-Off
It's elimination night at Kitchen Headquarters and the pressure is mounting as two teams battle for survival while trying to impress judges Colin Fassnidge, Guy Grossi, Karen Martini and Liz Egan, as well as Pete and Manu.
31. MKR Kitchen HQ Challenge: $10 Meal
With just $10 to create a meal for four, the teams will form groups and combine their money to increase their purchasing power. But in a special twist, the teams in the opposite group will taste and score the dishes in a blind tasting. The team with the highest score will be safe from the next elimination, with the weakest team being sent straight to the next Sudden Death Cook-Off.
32. MKR Kitchen HQ Challenge: Winter Warming Challenge
With winter just around the corner, teams are tasked with creating a winter warming dish in just 30 minutes. The bottom four teams will move into the Showdown to create their ultimate chocolate creation.

Tonight, as teams are eliminated from Kitchen HQ, they're given one last shot in the MKR Comeback Kitchen. Eliminated teams will be put to the test in a real restaurant for a chance for a spot in the finals.
35. Offsite Challenge: Cable Beach
The teams embark on an adventure to Western Australia to work with some of the freshest ingredients on offer. Their first port of call is Broome and the spectacular Cable Beach. Here teams must fish and catch as much seafood as possible, as the team with the heaviest load will have the first choice of ingredients to cook with as they prepare dinner over open fires for 40 tourists on spectacular Cable Beach.
36. Offsite Challenge: Margaret River
The teams continue their west coast travels tonight, making their way south to the famed Margaret River region. Arriving at a beautiful winery, they must cook for 100 farmers celebrating the WA Farmers Association 100th anniversary in just 100 minutes.

38. MKR Comeback Kitchen
MKR returns to the comeback kitchen as, unbeknown to the teams still competing, those who depart after a loss at the sudden death cook-off are given a chance for a spot back in Kitchen HQ. They'll be working in a real kitchen cooking for real paying customers at Colin Fassnidge's restaurant 4 Fourteen as he dishes out big serves of tough love. Judges Manu Feildel and Pete Evans will be doing blind tastings to decide which team will stay in the competition.
39. Offsite Challenge: Lunchtime Food Truck
Teams must operate a food truck for a busy lunchtime service in Sydney's CBD. Judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel will decide the best two dishes, giving the winners the opportunity to decide who they will compete against in the upcoming finals deciders.
40. Semi-Final: Round One
The MKR competition heats up tonight with the first of the finalists decided by the end of the evening. The winner from last night's food truck challenge has chosen their two adversaries for tonight, and in a surprise twist they will also choose the ingredients that each team cooks with for the challenge.

42. MKR Comeback Kitchen
We return to comeback kitchen as the newly eliminated teams learn that they have a second chance to get them back in the competition. Tonight they'll be put to the test in a restaurant for real customers with real money under the watchful eye chef of Colin Fassnidge, who will be dishing out big serves of tough love. Manu and Pete will have a blind tasting to judge every meal to give one team a spot in the finals.
43. Semi-Final: Round Three
Tonight, teams are shocked to see the return of one previously eliminated team - the winner from comeback kitchen. The five teams must create an Amuse Bouche - an elaborate bite- sized creation showcasing all the ability and craftsmanship of their team. Then, the bottom two teams will battle it out in a final cook-off for the last place in the final four.

Tonight, teams must cook their ultimate three-course meal. With blind tastings from the guests judges, the pressure is on and teams are pushed to their limits as the finals heat up.

46. Grand Final
Two teams go head to head in tonight's Grand Final as they work like never before to prepare a five-course meal for a full restaurant. With 100 plates to serve per team, the pressure is on. Judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel will watch the teams in action, while guest judges Guy Grossi, Colin Fassnidge, Liz Egan and Karen Martini will blind taste each dish. The team with the highest score will be crowned the MKR 2013 champions and walk away with $250,000.
