3. Dog Days of Dolores

5. Evelena's Super Fabulous Birthday Bash
Debi is shocked when her 9 year old daughter announces that all she wants for her birthday is to go skydiving. Being a white-knuckle flier, this is Debi's worst nightmare! Gabo finds a way to make it happen and surprises the family with an indoor skydiving experience.

6. Going Green! Yay!
The last season of Entourage has wrapped and Debi is sharing one final toast to the successful run with her fellow actor Adrian Grenier. Since Adrian is heavily involved in environmental issues, she decides on a menu of fresh, organic ingredients picked up from a local urban farm. Before Adrian arrives Debi decides its time to wash their chickens and discovers she was a special talent - she is a chicken whisperer! The menu - homemade Ricotta served on crostini, Debi's Yellow Tomato Lumaconi, insalata Di Fagiolini Verdi, and finished off Lemon Brule Tart. Adrian joins in by helping out in the kitchen stuffing fried squash blossoms.

7. Blind Date for Robert
Debi and Gabriele make a quick lunch for Robert of Panini sandwiches and let him know that they want to help him in his search for true love - they've decided to set him up on a blind date, and open their home up for an introductory dinner. The menu - Duck Ragu w/homemade pasta, plus they plan on making their own sausages after a lesson with the hottest butchers in Los Angeles - Lindy and Grundy. To top it all off Debi is a making a Love Potion - A strawberry balsamic cocktail topped with Elderberry cream.

8. An Old Family Recipe
D & G track down one of long time friend and actor Joe Mantegna's old family recipes straight from Italy and make him a meal from his childhood. In the search for the recipe they discover that Burrata cheese originated in Joe's family hometown and line up a surprise that Joe won't soon forget - Making artisanal Burrata cheese with an Italian friend. Then they astonish Joe and his wife with a meal straight from his memory - Heirloom Tomato Caprese with their own homemade Burrata cheese, a Sicilian specialty of Orange, Red, and Olive salad and Orechiette Al Ragu Di Braciole. Joe is moved to tears with the care Debi and Gabriele put into planning and preparing this dinner.

9. Biker Bash
Debi surprises Gabrielle by wanting to learn how to cook pizza in the wood fire oven. After a couple of attempts she's throwing pizza like a pro and adds her own twist to pizza by creating a beautiful basil oil to garnish the wood fired snack. Then it's off to a special event - they've been invited as guests to the popular Los Angeles Motorcycle show and have decided to present a special lunch to event goers. Porchetta sandwiches AND caprese sandwiches, plus pasta primavera and a salad of chopped Romaine hearts with Salsa Verde.

10. Olive You!
Fun on the farm as Deb experiments with olive oil concoctions for new line of beauty products and Gabrielle decides it's time for them to jump on the tractor and catalog every tree in the farm. First Debi brings in Robert to experiment with her olive oil concoctions - And Gabo isn't safe either. Debi's got plans for his head! After some fun with olive oil they have to cut it short and start a special meal to serve his Grandma Nola inspired by the olive trees on the farm.

11. Toscana Road Trip
The family takes to the road for an excellent artisans adventure through Tuscany. Stopping first at an organic Dairy farm to make cheese - and Debi decides she wants to try and milk one of the cows. Then it's off to make authentic Tuscan bread with a baker who shows them the old ways. Finally, they meet an Italian Nona who teaches them how to make fresh ravioli. They take everything back to Gabriele's mother's home and create an artisanal feast from everything they discovered.

12. Gone Fishin'
The family heads out to the coast to escape the hot weather and enjoy the fruits of the sea. Gabriele talks a local fisherman into taking he and Debi on a fishing trip where she hooks some Branzini for dinner. After a struggle with seasickness and fish cleaning, they bring the fish back and grill a gorgeous meal from the sea on a fantastic ocean front beach (Elba island - Napoleon's place of exile) sits directly in front of them! They finish off the meal with a version of one of Gabriele's mother's favorite desserts - grilled peaches with chocolate and cookies.

13. Tuscan Sun Festival
G & D have been invited to put on a cooking demo at the prestigious Tuscan Sun Festival in Cortona. They whip up a shrimp risotto and a peach and fennel salad that empresses festival goers. Then they're under the gun as they go to the villa made famous by author Frances Mayes in her book "Under The Tuscan Gun" to cook a special lunch for some important VIPs in the Italian culinary world. The pressure is for Gabriele to perform in his homeland!
