2. Weather Bomb
The emergency services are stretched to the limit as Storms Doris and Eleanor hit the UK, with 90mph winds taking drivers by surprise and putting Highways England traffic officers under pressure, while South Central Ambulance paramedics are called out when 12 migrants are found in the back of a lorry in sub-zero temperatures. Meanwhile, the Stornoway Coastguard's helicopter scrambles to rescue a climber who fell from 70ft cliffs precariously close to the sea.

3. Motorway Mayhem
In Glasgow, vehicle technician Mark rushes to help a driver who has broken down on the hard shoulder of the motorway, while Kevin and Rob of a heavy recovery crew have their work cut out freeing lorries that have got stuck in snow on the A1M in the north-east of England. A school is forced to evacuate its pupils when Storm Caroline lashes the Orkneys, but one of the vehicles breaks down by the sea wall with 33 children on board.
